Well it’s been a while!
Katie is now getting fit! Let’s see how long this lasts…
I am doing the 30 day shred, and atm I am really enjoying it even though I am shit at pushups. I do it in the morning so I feel alive for the rest of the day. I am on day 2! I will post pics when I get to day 10, I do not want to upload day 1 pics just yet.. they’re more than disgusting.. :/ I am also eating less, only when actually hungry :)
I made a lush dinner of baked potato with quorn in a mushroom and tomato sauce yesterday, was lush! And healthier than pasta! :)
I need to get fitter for my family holiday. Matt’s coming and I want to look decent in a bikini. Atm I am nearly at 10 stone and for my height which is like 5’3 I shouldn’t be! I want to be at 9 stone :)
